ELI LUSSIANA, Co-Owner

Believing in a strong sense of community and a love of volunteering, Eli served as 2021-2024 Chairman of the Board for Team-Up Mentoring (a local non-profit that works with children and families of trauma), and served as a two-term member of his local Chamber’s Board of Directors (2017-2023), past-President of the Leadership Walton Alumni Association, a participant in Young Gamechangers, and he serves in children’s ministry at his church.

Eli handles all the companies daily operations including business development and leading the sales and marketing team. 


KENNY SMILEY, Co-Owner

Serving as a Chamber Executive Director for ten years, Kenny relocated to Monroe, Georgia in 2010, to be with his wife. He stays active in his local community by serving as United Way Board Chair, the Chamber’s marketing committee, and has been awarded the Downtown Monroe Volunteer of the Year. Kenny is a graduate of Leadership Southeast Georgia, Leadership Liberty, Leadership Walton, Georgia Economic Development & Leadership Academy, and U.S. Chamber’s Institute of Organization Management. He and his family are very active in their church.

Kenny handles all things editorial and works with our team of writers, photographers, and designers to ensure publications always look their best.
